Key calorie for weight loss-John Barban

Advised researchers who wish losing weight, Vigilance to the number of calories they consume daily, and not focus on the quality of the food that was rich in protein or carbohydrates.
A new study in New Zealand, showed that calories are the key to weight loss, regardless of whether the diet used in protein or carbohydrate rich.

The lead author of the study, "I think that in this study, two letters, the first is that no matter what type of diet is likely people will find it difficult to continue for a long time and if they follow a system rich in protein or carbohydrates, they are going to lose a small amount of weight."

Krebs added that it is best to let the change in diet and choose what suits them when of food they eat.
He continued that the second message from the study is that those committed to any diet and lose weight the desired benefit in terms of diabetes control and mitigate the risk of heart disease and blood vessels.

It is noteworthy that the researchers followed 300 men and women who are overweight between the ages of 35 and 75 years follow a diet for two years.

 They concluded that a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates gives the same result, but the main factor behind the loss of weight was reducing the number of calories and not the amount of proteins or carbohydrates consumed
